Chick's Oyster Bar is everything you want in a seafood shack! The fried shrimp is absolutely incredible--crispy and perfectly seasoned.Pair it with some fresh oysters or a cold drink, and you've got the perfect meal by the water. What makes Chick's even more special is their strong support for the military. It's clear they value and honor service members, and that gives the place an even warmer, more welcoming vibe. Outstanding seafood and waterfront restaurant. Lots of covered and uncovered patio seating by the water as well as tables inside and bar top. The oysters were great but the hot crab dip was even better. The bread pudding was the best I've ever had, delicious every bite. Our server was great, she kept our water filled.

The flounder dinner shouldn't be $30. It was slightly overcooked which made the fish a little mushy. The green beans were some of the best I've had - perfectly cooked not too soft or hard. The skinny margaritas and orange crushes are my favorite. Shrimp are good as well with celery and carrots! Bartenders are nice.

Chick's Oyster Bar offers a classic coastal dining experience, with its prime location right on the water, allowing diners to enjoy the beautiful marina view. Watching boats glide in and out of the inlet while enjoying a meal adds a special touch to the ambiance, perfectly complementing the seafood-centric menu. The food itself holds up well, especially if you're a fan of fried appetizers (Thats what I had). Classic favorites like crispy calamari, golden hush puppies, and crunchy fried oysters are all executed perfectly, delivering that satisfying crunch and rich flavor that you expect. While these dishes aren't exactly reinventing the wheel, they don't need to sometimes, sticking to the classics is the best choice. The overall vibe of Chick's is laid-back and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a casual meal with friends or family. Whether you're unwinding after a day at the beach or just looking for a relaxing place to enjoy some good food with a great view, Chick's Oyster Bar hits the mark.

Great views. Great selection of different crushes. The Inlet seafood platter did not disappoint. It was massive! Only complaint is the hostess stand can be a little disorganized, so pay attention and confirm often about when you're going to be seated.

Probably one of the best places to be if you're a seafood fan like being by the ocean and enjoying some good drinks. Especially good because of the breeze and the open deck if you prefer. Service was on point point. Props to Faith for checking up on us and making sure my first time here was exceptional. Good vibe here too. I can see how it gets packed and parking was super easy with the complimentary parking. Literally sprinting around to get your vehicle in 94° weather and humidity. If you're going to get the tacos you're definitely going to need some napkins as they get a little juicy but I stuck with some oysters on the half shell, super fresh and with a crab cake which I had grilled. I would probably get it fried next time. Everything was on point start to finish.

Went by for Friday lunch on Memorial Day weekend. Place was packed so we ate at the bar. Bartender was very friendly and provided great service. We started with drinks. A couple got Chick's own Mexican lager that was very good. We started with the crab dip. Very delicious the nice creamy dip with tasty bread like crackers to dip with. I got the flounder BLT which was quite good. Fish fried perfectly. My wife got the shrimp bowl, and others got chicken wings and fried shrimp tacos. Everyone enjoyed their food. Place has a great ambiance right on the water.
